The Werktuin is the collective name of the office building in the center of Brunssum. It is a creative and pleasant concept whereby several office users settle in one place. There are 13 parking places on site. The parking lot at Lindeplein also offers free parking.

A rental taxed with VAT is opted for.
Security
Continuous bank guarantee or deposit amounting to 3 months of payment obligation including any service costs and including VAT.
Indexing
Annually, for the first time one year after rental start date, based on the change in the monthly price index according to the consumer price index (CPI), series CPI for all households (2006 = 100), published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). The rent will never be less than the rent of the previous year.
